Concept

It all starts with a brainstorm. Designers, technical people and product management sit together and mix the information gathered at trade shows, with the technical requirements and possibilities.

Design

The designers transform the creativity of the brainstorm into something visual.

Fabrics

We define the required features of the fabrics and start searching the market for the best quality available.

Trims

Also for the trims, we find the most appropriate suppliers.

Quality Control

All incoming fabrics are tested by our in-house Quality Control Department, to make sure the fabrics meet the required levels of quality.

Blocking Material

Searching for the best, lightest and most comfortable blocking material is one of the key issues with every new development.

Our in-house test rigg is used to develop new styles of blocking material, and to check on the quality of supplied fabrics. We also perform an important number of random checks on finished goods taken from stock.

Technical drawings

Once we have finished our search for fabrics and trims, the designers work is transformed into a technical drawing, that will be used for the ISO 9002 monitored production process.

Pre-production

First fits are made with specialised drawing programs and printed on the plotter. This allows us to make first samples.

Sampling

We have a small production unit that can make all kinds of samples, matching up with identical quality performance during production runs.

Testing

Our first samples are sent out to everyday users, who will test the styles for several months, and give us a thorough feedback with their comments. This allows us to modify and improve where needed, and then make new samples for further testing.
